sessions & events
Each session is carefully curated with rest at the heart of it. You’ll be thoughtfully guided and supported. In order to help us provide the best possible experience please let your facilitator know if there is anything going on that might affect your practice.
You can read a more detailed description of each weekly session we offer here.
We also understand that coming into a new space can feel intimidating, when you come through the doors you will receive a warm welcome and be shown where all the facilities are and how the space works. If you would like to know more about the space or have any accessability needs please read our access guide here.

What We Offer *
RESTORATIVE YOGA
A deeply restful, low-effort practice designed to place as little stress on your body as possible.
You’ll be supported by soft mattresses, props, and blankets to help you settle into stillness and deep rest.
Supports deep nervous system settling, familiarity with stillness, and full-body relaxation.
Encourages letting go, slowing down, and learning how to receive rest without effort.
YIN
YOGA
You don't need to be flexible to attend this class, but you do need to practice patience.
You hold poses for 3-5 minutes, with the support of props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks.
Builds patience, presence, and body awareness.
Creates space for stillness, internal listening, and learning how to stay with sensation gently.
YOGA
NIDRA
Yoga nidra (a.k.a yogic sleep) is a form of guided relaxation practiced mostly lying down.
Expect guided rest that softens your whole body, settles your mind, and brings you back to centre. Many people nap, that’s part of the magic.
Supports deep mental rest, nervous system regulation, and emotional unwinding.
Helps your body access restoration without needing to “do” anything.
SOUND
baths
A lying-down experience designed to help your whole system slow down. You’ll be supported on soft mattresses, cocooned in blankets, with dim lighting and a cosy atmosphere.
You’ll be immersed in the sound and vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and other soothing instruments. No doing, no effort, just listening, and receiving.
Encourages deep settling, and sensory calming. Supports rest through vibration, resonance, and stillness rather than effort.
GENTLE
FLOW
A gentle, accessible movement class inspired by vinyasa flow.
Expect slow, floor-based movement with no focus on fitness, sweating, or pushing your body.
Suitable for all abilities, with no previous yoga experience needed. You will need to be able to get up and down from the floor.
Good for you if being still feels challenging. Encourages mindful movement and embodied awareness. Helps explore what rest looks like through the lens of movement, not effort.
guided
rest
A body-led meditation practice for those feeling the hum of tiredness underneath everything. You stay close to the ground, seated or lying in simple, supported positions, and let weight, breath and sensation set the pace.
You’ll be guided through slow, spacious practices and shared quiet that welcome whatever you arrive with.
The emphasis is on rest as relationship with your own body, learning how to lean a little more into support, soften around the edges, and let yourself be here without needing to fix or change your experience.

what people say
“I attended a session with Eliza and it was so wonderful. She is so gentle and perfect at explaining everything. During the session I reached such calm my heart rate went lower than when I'm sleeping which is incredible. I would definitely attend again.”
- Amy K
“I love Eliza’s classes - I find the Yin and Nidra yoga extremely relaxing and always leave with a feeling of “zen”!
I was new to Yin and to Nidra but Eliza is great at explaining the poses clearly, making you feel welcome and comfortable, especially with the concept of Nidra, and helping to improve practice. And she has a lovely, soothing voice. I can strongly recommend!”
- Serena
“Eliza creates such a relaxing yet focused experience in her classes. You will feel totally nourished. A truly outstanding teacher with lots of knowledge and wisdom!!”
